I am a lawyer and legal educator with over a decade of experience teaching law at the highest levels to a variety of students; ranging from domestic and foreign school leavers to senior accountants, business executives, doctors, lawyers, conveyancers and real estate professionals.
I am also a nationally and internationally recognised legal expert in trust law, anti-money laundering/counter-terrorism financing, property, and contract law; and am a frequently sought after expert by the Australian and International media.
I leverage this expertise to deliver to bespoke workshops and seminars for your business to train your staff to understand and address the fundamental legal issues that you have to face on a day-to-day basis.
My goal is to arm your business with the knowledge and understanding to recognise legal issues as they arise, and know what to do when they do.

Even within the same industry, each business faces different challenges and has different needs.
You and your staff may want, or need, to know different things about the law as it applies to your business; whether that be with respect to particular questions that keep coming up amongst your staff, or to be educated on risks that you weren't even aware of.
This is why each and every program I deliver is different, and tailored to your needs.

Do your staff often come to you with questions about the law?
What do you think you and your staff need to know about, or would benefit knowing?
What is your industry; and what legal frameworks regulate it?
At this stage, I work with you to determine what you want out of a seminar or workshop.

Knowing what you want, I then go onto to create the workshop(s) or seminar(s)
Each workshop or seminar I create is unique; involving a set of comprehensive presentation materials for you and your staff.
We will also schedule a date and time for their delivery. Sessions will be held at your premises, or another venue that you have arranged.

Finally, we come to the delivery of the sessions themselves.
All sessions are interactive, with questions and participation actively encouraged; as this is the best way to ensure that you and your staff get the most out of it.
Further, you are welcome to record any workshops and seminars for future training purposes.
